FXSnap processes information needed to provide chart analysis and trading tools. This may include uploaded chart images, selected instruments, account-balance and risk settings, saved analyses, saved strategies, and technical diagnostics.
When you request chart analysis, the selected image is sent to the configured AI analysis provider through the FXSnap backend. Images are used to produce the requested analysis and should not contain personal or account credentials. Do not upload screenshots containing passwords, account numbers, or private messages.
Market-data requests and chart-analysis requests are made through the FXSnap backend. Provider retention and processing are governed by the applicable provider terms. FXSnap does not guarantee that AI output or market data is complete, current, or accurate.
Saved analyses, strategies, settings, and backups may be stored locally on your device. Local storage can be lost if the app is removed or device data is cleared. Do not use local backup exports as a secure credential store.
To request deletion of data held by a deployed FXSnap service, contact the app operator through the support address published in the store listing. Local data can be removed by deleting the app data or using the in-app deletion control when available.
